Obergeschoss besteht aus 3 separaten Zimmern, einer Küche mit Balkonzugang und einem Bad - alles einzeln von der zentralen Diele begehbar. Die Wohnungen sind komplett möbliert: - Küchen sind Gemeinschaftszimmer und bieten eine komplette EBK mit E-Herd, Ceranfeld, Spüle, Spülmaschine und jede Menge Stauraum - die 3 Zimmer jeder Wohnung sind ebenfalls komplett möbliert. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett (80x200; ausziehbar auf 160x200), ein 2-Sitzer-Sofa, ausreichend Kleiderschränke und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Garten, der allen Mietern zur Verfügung steht. Hier wird Zimmer Nr. 2 im 1. OG angeboten. Da wegen des Erstbezugs alle Zimmer dieser Wohnung erstmlig vermietet werden, sind die Mitmieter noch nicht bekannt.
